The scene starts when a woman is burying her dead marine husband who mysteriously calls claiming he is still alive. Kate and Dinozzo are at it again in the firing range trying to better one of the other. Dinozzo shots the ear of the range, while Kate was very careful. Gibbs plays a trick putting the cap of Dinozzo on the face of the innocent target while Kate's PDA is placed on her innocent's target. They were joking to set the boat of Gibbs on fire.

Gibbs, Kate and Dinozzo are investigating the dead marine but they don't have enough clearance. After some pissing match they are figure out they were being kept off the case. It was found out that the dead marine including his partner were killed by a prostitute who poisoned them but the marine didn't want anyone to find out.

Kate draws the face of the colonel and they discovered Kate was an artist who drew Dinozzo salivating on a woman's butt while Abby was a little vampire.

Gibbs unburied the dead marine because he was convinced he was still alive and was making phone calls. Unfortunately, he was there dead but looks alive because Ducky found out he was embalmed by a professional which tells Gibbs someone is covering their tracks.

One of the wives of the dead marine called Gibbs saying she was being interrogated by Dinozzo who was in the office. Gibbs went to the park where the wife was and the imposter shot Gibbs but he still escaped.

Dinozzo back in the office was typing with Kate but Kate was insulting his typing skills.

Ducky in the lab found out that the dead marine was embalmed while he was still alive. They also found out that evidence shows he was killed two days ago and buried four days ago. Gibbs, Kate and Dinozzo radar digs up the other marine to know if he is still alive; and he was not six feet as they knew it.

Kate, Gibbs and Dinozzo go on the trail to Cuba and ride a 378 plane. It was not a typical plane and did not even have a restroom where Kate says she misses Airforce 1 and she had to experience peeing inside a plastic.

They were led to the place where the marine was embalmed in Cuba and the CIA contact learned why everyone in CIA hates them. They stormed in without contacting the local Cuban military.

They saved the other marine. He and his partner was killed because they were delivering a ransom of 2 million USD during an operation and someone from the marines wanted the money instead. The marine that was saved had his ear shot similar to the training result they had. Kate and Dinozzo were pointing fingers.
