The scene starts when two cyber geeks are using virtual earth map to spy for girls naked on bikinis. They stumbled upon a naked girl and suddenly a man is dead. They called the Navy and NCIS is there for the investigation. Once the NCIS was on the beach they had to quickly take notes of the dead marine since the waves were coming to the beach to wash away the evidence. Dinozzo drops down to protect the body from the incoming wave which shrinks his pants.

NCIS finds out that the dead marine was on beach testing a new gadget that was still in prototype. The gadget was missing.

McGee makes another appearance where he helps Dinozzo trace the call made by the cyber geeks because their number was blocked. Dinozzo was pushing McGee to quickly find the number and McGee makes a lot of excuses of how complicated it was. Dinozzo asks McGee if he knew what excuse meant—it is like armpits, everyone has it and it stinks.

NCIS goes to the Naval base about the caller who reported about the dead marine. They figured out someone was spying but they did not go anywhere. Abby uses her casua somewhat boyfriend from NASA to help them  determine the spy which happens to be Jeremy Worth from building 35C office 409.

NCIS tracks down on the boy who apparently works for the government and using their billion dollar satellite for nude girls on beach. They then get a copy of the video the boy saw and Dinozzo was tasked to track down the nude girl who was in the beach who could have possibly seen the murder of the marine officer.

The dead marine is found out to be having an affair with his colleagues and NCIS is now on to his wife. They go on surveillance on the wife of the dead marine.
