Hilary Duff's early acting include appearances in Casper Meets Wendy (1998), Playing by Heart (1998), Soul Collector (1999) and Human Nature (2001). Her rise to fame began when she starred in television show Lizzie McGuire (2001 - 2004) which was eventually made into a movie in 2003. The Lizzie McGuire movie catapulted her to success which was followed by a series of successful movies.

Agent Cody Banks, The Lizzie McGuire Movie, Cheaper by the Dozen, A Cinderella Story and Cheaper by the Dozen 2 are some of her movies to be proud of. She also released albums which has now totalled to more than 13 million copies cold; the latest of which is Dignity which was released last April 3, 2007.
