Are Hilary Duff and Brody Jenner a couple? Not yet but they certainly are dating. TMZ has caught Haylie and Hilary Duff hopping at the back seat of Frankie Delgado's range rover while Brody Jenner was seated beside him.

They were reported to be going over at Brody's place for some party time.

I hope Hilary Duff changes her mind since there are so many guys out there I would like to see with her.
