For this season of “American Idol” three judges (Randy, Paula and Simon) became four. Kara Dioguardi – the newest and hottest fourth judge of the idol search. Some hates her but many loves her.

I personally like her. Watch out for more about Kara.

The reality tv show “American Idol Season 8” is now aired worlwide. Starts January this year, the reality program have been to Phoenix, AZ and Kansas City to look for the next American Idol.

I have a lot of respect for Syesha Mercado who has remained true to her style. Her previous singing may have brought her to the bottom three more than she deserves; but still, she continues to sing and hone her own thing. I don’t see her winning the American Idol but she will definitely have a good musical career.

I felt uncomfortable watching Jason Castro singing “Memories”. He looked trying way too hard to put uniqueness on the song.

I really hoped Brooke White played the piano because she sounds so vulnerable without it. I cannot say she did justice with the song especially when the bar was set so high by Madonna.

David Cook was phenomenal in this song. He was a lot different this time around and kept the sensuality of the song instead of drastically changing it into his own. Nonetheless, it was beautifully done.

Carly Smithson sang “Jesus Christ Superstar” by Webber. She was jumpy and so energetic.

In Saint Marys River State Park, a hunter stumbled upon an enclosure where he finds a mummified lieutenant. Dinozo figures out it was a 370 gallon External Fuel Tank from F14 converted into a cargo pad.

Since it fell from a Tomcat, they are investigating on TFOA (Things Falling of Airplane) reports. The mummified is found to be a crook getting money from the government. He was however killed before placed inside the pod and tossed out of the plane as Ducky figured out.

The widow of the dead marine remarried and it happens to be an old shipmate of the dead marine. The widow did not find out but the marine is now a suspect. After investigation, it doesn’t seem he was responsible for the death and getting millions of dollars since he is living modestly.

One of the female officers with the marine was investigated upon and she is living large with country club memberships, mansion house, cars, etc. Unfortunately for NCIS, she is already retired but they found a way to ask her to volunteer and testify for the other members of the marine who NCIS said were found guilty. When the female marine is in NCIS territory they tricked her that it was her finger print on the gun that was used against the dead marine. The female marine simply confessed and gave her partner up. Guess what? The fingerprint was a fake.

The first scene was on a beach where a small party was going on. The guys and girls on the beach heard a lot of gun shots which they dismissed as fireworks. On the next incident a speed boat came crashing on shore and the boys saw a lot of bullet holes.

The killed marine has money in his pocket and was found to be counterfeit. Other agencies suspect he is into smuggling and drug dealing after other people were found dead.

Later on it was found out that the marine was caught in a crossfire between terrorist dealing drugs and counterfeit money. The suspects were classified as enemy combatants and were put under the patriotic act and would be deported. They do not have rights to remain silent nor get their own lawyer. This is a stunt by Gibbs, a bluff that worked.

They are now searching for a boat which apparently is where drug dealers went into a gun fight. It was known that the marine officer killed was just caught in a cross fire. Meanwhile, Kate asks her friend for some information; unfortunately, Kate’s friend had to tell the FBI because of the sensitivity of the case. The drug dealers were terrorists and not your typical drug dealers.

At this point, FBI and NCIS are working hand in hand to stop the terrorists. They are now going after a group which plans to shut down the power grid and disable power. They found out that stopping the Virginia power would cascade the blackout to a very large area. NCIS is now on their way to go to the power line in Virginia.

They found their terrorist preparing to take it out and immediately fired upon the NCIS when they were arriving. Gibss, Kate and Dinozo stops him just before he hits the celfone to cause the blackout. Lucky for NCIS, Gibbs points out that the terrorist didn’t know about speed dial who only needed one more number to accomplish its mission.

The episode starts on the sea with a group of people on a boat having a good time. One of the folks went diving only to find out that there is a dead marine underneath the ocean. The name of the marine is seaman Russell McDonalds, 19 assigned to USS Foster.

The marine is still dressed in his uniform with 25lb weights chained to his body that kept him from floating. Aside from that he had a sword, something used decades ago in history.

Dinozo and Kate interviews the mother of the marine and confirms that his Son is God fearing and would not kill himself.

Gibbs, Kate and Dinozo goes aboard the ship of the killed marine and sets up office inside a room. Kate was surprised after learning they are sleeping in one room and Gibbs volunteers for the couch. NCIS now starts their investigation on the ship.

One initial investigation, everyone says that the marine kept to himself and people didn’t know much about them.

In the meantime, Abby has figured out that the marine is connected to an online game he is playing and the other people who he is playing against are from the same ship—USS Foster. Dinozo went to Puerto Rico to find out where the marine bought his sword and find out it was sold to other marines for a higher price since it is illegal to sell weapons to marines. Gibbs found the person the marine was playing online against and thought they decided to take the game to the next level—real life.

The marine whom McDonalds played against confessed they played in real life since McDonalds was so pissed off he lost most of the time. Kate who is a devout catholic cannot believe that the marine who is also a catholic killed himself. Kate read the diary of McDonalds and on the last chapter he was going to release a plague in the realm. Gibbs figured out that McDonalds was going to detonate the USS foster with a chemical biological weapon especially because he has knowledge of it.

It turned out that the plan of McDonalds was to release a virus on the computer game and kill the skipper of the ship. NCIS was able to stop it and it was learned that McDonalds killed himself unintentionally by wearing his uniform, putting on the sword, and weights and going to see convinced that he could walk in the water since he was Immortal. This proves how screwed his judgement is, not knowing the difference between a video game and reality.

The story ends when Dinozo gave Kate bikinis as a present from Puerto Rico and Gibbs a video game book; unfortunately, it was in Spanish.
