Film.com has a very interesting comparison on the upcoming Cashmere Mafia and Lipstick Jungle rivalry where both series share the same theme -- successful women, family, career, fashion.

Film says that Cashmere Mafia leads Lipstick Jungle in the bitchyness department while Lipstick Jungle has a better name than Cashmere Mafia.
