There are reports that Beyonce Knolwes fiancee Jay-Z already has a son. Picture shows Jay-Z and baby Lil Camel, a father and son look a like.

Lil's mom is a model from Trinidad named Shenelle Scott. Jay-Z met her way back in 2000 same time when Beyonce and Jay-Z appeared together.

But Jay-Z paid his Shenelle $1 million to keep him off the birth certificate.
Is it to save Jay-Z's relationship with Beyonce?! Why need to pay if thats not yours?!
