As previously reported, Des'ree launched a lawsuit in the US last week. Des'ree claims that Beyonce never obtained proper clearance to use her song ‘Kissing You’ , and ignored copyright rules when she recorded the track as Still In Love (Kissing You) for the deluxe edition.

As a result, MTV reports that Knowles record label bosses have agreed to temporarily halt distribution of the CDs that include the track.

Some reports that 19 yr old Hilary Duff has been stalked and received death threats by a guy name Maksim Myaskovsky. Duff had filed against him and was arrested for stalking and making criminal threats in November. He pleaded no contest to the charges in January and was sentenced to 117 days behind bars and five years probation.

Hilary Duff has confirmed that she co-wrote the song with older sister Haylie Duff when her family was going through a lot of difficult times. Her parents were separating after 22 years of marriage and the cause of the separation was reportedly her father’s cheating.
